Flow48 is a VC-backed fintech startup for B2B lending. Building a seamless, automated, and integrated ecosystem to serve as a platform for SME Working Capital financing under a RBF model. We bring a solution to the information asymmetry problem, overcoming traditional lenders’ challenges by building a financing layer for SMEs based on data triangulation and dynamic risk engines.
Position Overview:
This unique dual-role position combines responsibilities as Chief of Staff and Head of Partnerships. You will play a key role in supporting Flow48’s leadership team while driving our B2B2B partnership strategy. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, organised, and resourceful individual who thrives in high-growth environments and can balance operational efficiency with strategic relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Chief of Staff Duties:
- Assist the CEO with event and conference applications, scheduling, and preparation.
- Manage the creation, editing, and delivery of decks, and other business documents.
- Handle document workflows, ensuring timely execution via DocuSign and other tools.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Flow48’s business model, products, and pitch to answer questions, build materials, and prepare responses alongside the leadership team.
- Proactively improve operational efficiency and support leadership in achieving strategic goals.
Head of Partnerships Duties:
- Develop and centralise a comprehensive database of Flow48’s partnership ecosystem, ensuring all relationship data is up-to-date and actionable.
- Collaborate with local business development (BD) teams and country managers to identify, onboard, and nurture fintech and B2B2B partners.
- Manage communications, follow-ups, and relationship health with existing and potential partners.
- Work with partners to ensure they deliver value to Flow48, including client acquisition, product distribution, and data-sharing initiatives.
- Represent Flow48 in meetings, negotiations, and communications with key partnership stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand the network effect and enhance underwriting through data enrichment.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
